We are delighted to have been nominated as finalists for the AdExchanger Awards 2024, in the “Best Use of Technology by An Agency” category for our use case AI Target Optimizer: Artificial Intelligence for hyper-personalization and CRM performance, implemented for the brand IKKS.
In order to optimize the performance of its CRM program, Numberly developed AI Target Optimizer, an algorithm based on artificial intelligence that can identify the individuals most likely to react positively to a given communication in order to better target the brand’s advertising campaigns.
In addition to reducing the environmental impact of its email campaigns, this strategy has enabled IKKS to increase its conversion rate by 200%, while reducing its target by 3.
